It is a good place to stay with good facilities

Every time we had a shower the bathroom got inundated, the towels were not the cleanest and some of the facilities need a bit of work

Unconfortable and not value for money as the hotel is clearly not being maintained properly.

The only saving grace of this hotel was the staff. Staff was friendly and tried to help as much as they could, considering the obvious lack of manpower and how the hotel really is. The breakfast buffet was good also.

Property was not as it was shown on the website. It was extremely run down and not maintained very well, probably due to covid.

Hotel with potential to be better

The infinity pool was very nice and we spent most of our time up there. It’s a great location if you don’t want to stay some where too crowded with tourists. We used grab so it was convenient to get around from the hotel. Our room was nice, we had booked the honeymoon suite but on arrival we were told that it was not available and that we had been upgraded to a better room. We booked 3 months in advance so I don’t understand how that could have happened. Any way, we stayed in a different room for one night and staff were able to put us in the honeymoon suite which we originally paid for. In that regards, customer service was great and staff were very friendly and tried their best to cater to our needs.

The breakfast is not so great, it would be nice if they had some continental food but most of it was of an Asian cuisine. There’s definitely potential for improvement. The concept and layout of the hotel is great but there doesn’t seem to be much maintenance happening. The room we were upgraded to (Deluxe Suite -because the honeymoon suite was not available) had leaking air conditioning and a hole in the wall below it and the shower head was broken, bathroom was also not great. Thankfully we were able to move into the honeymoon suite after a day and everything was great in that room. I think it really depends on your luck for the type of room you get.

Good location and great staff.

Cleaning needs attention. Checked in process was a bit complicated as our room we booked was under renovation but no communication from the hotel prior. However they upgraded our room free to the crystal suit.

Beautiful room, amazing view. bath.

hello. was actually no good. Breakfast is bad. the faucet broke, they don’t pick up the phone, it’s hard to get through, the elevator for the whole one, and the other didn’t work, I had to go up the stairs. Internet is terrible! you won't be able to work in the room. (it's a shame that the staff fixed the faucet after almost 5 hours! water was pouring on the floor, the fountain was beating, well, in general, I'm shocked guys.) and breakfast!! Horrible breakfast - not chicken but just bits of bones. do you need to brush them? cheese and sausages are not edible, and even dangerous!! very very shameful!!!

A bit pricey but worth the value

The cleanliness and comfort were as expected. We don't interact much with the staff, but they seem friendly when we're having breakfast. A bit pricey but I think worth the value.

The outdoor jacuzzi is not very clean and there is no lock on the bathroom.

Decent Stay

Pools were really nice & clean. Rooms were good and spacious. Breakfast was good too but needs menu revision to include more continental dishes.

Lots of mosquitos & termites and the location was too far away from everything. Occupancy in the hotel was very very low. On first night they were hardly 5 Rooms occupied.

Fine, but certainly not a 5 star hotel (maybe 5 years ago, before corona)

Friendly staff, try to help you where possible.

In the assigned room a hole had been drilled in the bathroom through which water leaked (there were also damp spots on the ceiling). As a result, the sink and part of the floor were continuously flooded. After the first night I complained to the reception and got another room, which was fine (but I did wonder why such a room is rented out at all, this is not the standard you should want as a hotel). Furthermore, everything showed that little is being invested in maintenance, perhaps due to corona past years? The taps of the bath are completly covered in lime, the sealant seams have had their best time and there are also moisture spots around the air conditioning. The roof of the pool bar was about to collapse and there are loose plates under the balconies above the pool area.. Furthermore, upon arrival it was told that some elevators and the roof pool were under maintenance, would take max. 2 days. The elevators never worked (I think they were just off to save money) and nothing happened on the rooftop pool either, which is one of the reasons you might book this hotel. Then be honest about it and tell people before a reservation is made. Wrong cuts and this is definitely not a 5 star hotel anymore, there are much better 3 or 4 star hotels in Bali.

The bed and the room is very comfy and big. Staff is very friendly and a lot of choise at the Asian breakfast buffet.

The wifi didn't worked so well, no lights at the balcony, the rooftop pool is closed, the free shuttle to the Bali Collection Mall was not availeble, if you take a shower the whole bathroom is full of water.. for the money what we payed I was just expecting a little bit more to be honest, specially if you compere the price with other cheaper hostels and hotels.
